PAWS is asking help regarding their rescue operation in flood-stricken areas of Marikina. Here’s a text message sent to a friend last night: “Help us announce to people in Marikina that they can bring their animals to PARC or PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center (higher ground) just to save them from flood waters. We can be evacuation center but we need more roofed cages and the owners need to leave their complete contact information with us. – Anna Cabrera of Phil. Animal Welfare Society” PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center (PARC) If you have way of informing the media about this, please do so. It will be of great help to the animals and their owners, since evacuation centers don’t accept animals.
